Human resource department in PT Mindo Small Business Solution need a system to listing the data of the staff, manage leave, late, and permission data of the Mindo's staff, and they also want the leave, late, and permission application became paperless.
From HR side, the system will show all of staff's leave, late, and permission. The HR can approve or decline that application. HR is staff too, so they can fill the leave, late, and permission form too. HR also can download the leave, late, and permission data on CSV.
From staff side, the user only can fill the leave, late, and permission application and see the status of the application (approved or declined).
As the quality assurance staff, my responsibility is to make sure all feature working properly and providing video or screenshot of reproduce issue for help programmer to fixing the bug. This project is short therm project, so I only focus on every feature and make sure zero bug before delivered to client.
