Solene-R

Solene-R is a construction office located in France. As a construction office, they need a system to handle its building permit study. So, they need our help to create that system.

This system has 5 menus. There Dashboard, Email, Folder, Payment Tracking, Business Provider, and Setting.

The dashboard menu contains information about the number of processing email, quoted to send, quoted to be confirmed, file to study, invoice file, file to relaunch, file to modify, file to send, and list of appointments.

The email menu provides all of the inboxes. In this menu, the user can see all emails, respond, assign to an existing folder, and create a folder from email.

In the folder menu, the user can create a folder and fill all data, generate a summary in pdf, uploading a file, and sending a quote and invoice to the client.

For the payment tracking menu, the user can send an alert to the client about payment and confirm the client payment.

The Business provider menu, contains information about list the business provider which have to cooperate with Solene-R. The user can create and edit the business provider data.

The last menu is setting. In this menu, the admin can register the user, register the email, setting for pdf theme, and download the payment document as CSV.

As a quality assurance at the team, my responsibility is creating the test case document and testing document, providing video or screenshots to help the developer to fix, and make sure all features working properly before delivered to the client.
